The prices shown for OneStream Live pricing plans do not include applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated separately and added to your total during checkout or on your invoice, depending on location and local tax regulations.
For European Union (EU) customers, OneStream Live is legally required to apply Value Added Tax (VAT) to transactions. The process is determined as follows:

Non-EU Customers: If you reside outside the European Union, no VAT is applicable to your subscription.

EU Businesses: If you are a registered business based in the EU, you can enter your valid EU VAT ID during the subscription process. If your VAT ID is validated, no VAT will be added to the subscription price.
EU Individuals (Consumers): If you are an individual based in the EU (or a business without a valid VAT ID), VAT will automatically be added to the total plan price. The applicable VAT rate is determined by your country of residence (e.g., 20% in France and 25% in Sweden).
