How to Upload a Custom Thumbnail?

OneStream Live allows you to upload a custom thumbnail for your pre-recorded streams, helping you create a more engaging preview and attract viewers before the broadcast begins.

With the Web app, you can upload a customized thumbnail in no time.

Steps:

  • From your dashboard, click Pre-recorded Stream.

  • Click Add Videos and select a video from:

    • Device (upload from computer)

    • OSL Storage (your OneStream library)

    • Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Select the content and click Continue.

  • Select the social destinations and click Continue.

  • Add the stream details and click Continue.

  • For the thumbnail, choose one of the following options:

    • Upload from Device

    • Pick from Video

    • Choose from Unsplash

  • Click Crop and Save Thumbnail.

  • Select Schedule Broadcast.

Your video will showcase the thumbnail you selected.

To upload a Custom Thumbnail from the mobile app, follow these steps:

  • From your mobile app, click Pre-recorded Stream.

    • Device (upload from Mobile Storage)

    • OSL Storage (your OneStream library)

    • Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

    • Upload from Device
