Upload a Custom Thumbnail for Streams

OneStream Live allows you to upload a custom thumbnail for your pre-recorded streams, helping you create a more engaging preview and attract viewers before the broadcast begins.

With the Web app, you can upload a customized thumbnail in no time.

Steps:

From your dashboard, click Pre-recorded Stream.

Click Add Videos and select a video from:
- Device (upload from computer)
- OSL Storage (your OneStream library)
- Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Select the content and click Continue.

Select the social destinations and click Continue.

Add the stream details and click Continue.

For the thumbnail, choose one of the following options:
- Upload from Device
- Pick from Video
- Choose from Unsplash

Click Crop and Save Thumbnail.

Select Schedule Broadcast.

Your video will showcase the thumbnail you selected.

To upload a Custom Thumbnail from the mobile app, follow these steps:
