YouTube Event Time Issue

If the start time for a YouTube Event is changed manually from directly YouTube after scheduling it from OneStream, there is a possibility that the scheduled stream will fail.

Because, changing the event time from YouTube manually can result in the following situations:

YouTube event start time is mistakenly set to before the live stream start time.
YouTube event start time is mistakenly set to after the live stream end time.

What can I do?

Schedule a new stream via OneStream dashboard and make sure not to change the YouTube Events time manually from YouTube directly.
