How to configure Zoom with OneStream



Prerequisites

Download Zoom on your device.
You must have Zoom Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account.
Custom Live Streaming Service must be enabled on Zoom.

Enabling Custom Live Streaming Service in Zoom

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.

Click Account Management > Account Settings .



Scroll down and right at the end, under In Meeting (Advanced) section, click the toggle button next to Allow live streaming meetings.

Click the Custom Live Streaming Service checkbox to enable it. Add OneStream's Server URL and Stream key here if you wish.



Now click Settings under Personal section on the left sidebar.



Scroll down and click the toggle button next to Allow live streaming meetings.

Click the Custom Live Streaming Service checkbox to enable it.



Sending live stream from Zoom to OneStream Live.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal and click Meetings.

Click Schedule a Meeting.



Add meeting topic and other details.



Click Save to display a set of tabs with advanced options.



On meeting management page scroll down to Live streaming section and then click the configure live stream settings link.





Login to OneStream click New stream drop and click Real-time Streaming.



Click RTMP settings.



Select desired Server, then Copy Server URL and Stream Key .



Now, enter Server URL and Stream key copied from OneStream into Zoom Add Live Stream Service.

In live streaming page URL field you can add any URL where your viewers will watching your streams. For example add OneStream URL and click Save.



Open installed Zoom application on your computer and start your meeting for which live streaming settings are done.

At the bottom click More and select Live on Custom Live Streaming Service.



Zoom will start sending stream to OneStream.



You can Multicast your Real-Time Live Streaming by selecting Social accounts that are already connected to OneStream.
