How to purchase a subscription?
Purchasing a OneStream Live subscription
To purchase a subscription plan, click the Upgrade button on the top menu bar.
You can turn the toggle to the type of subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly) you want to choose and the prices will change accordingly.
Once you have selected your subscription type, you can now click on the Select button for your desired subscription plan.
Enter coupon code (if you have any) and click Proceed To Checkout.
For the coupon code of ongoing campaigns you can contact our support team by email or live chat.
If an existing subscription is upgraded or downgraded to another plan, the difference in the previous plan and current one will be automatically adjusted and the remaining amount will be credited/adjusted in the next month's invoice.
Enter your Name, Email, Company Name (Optional) and select your Country from the drop-down menu.
You can choose the payment method (Credit Card/PayPal) and enter the payment details. Once added, you can click on Next.
There are only two available payment options to purchase OneStream subscriptions: 1. PayPal and 2. Credit or Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express are supported). Please make sure your card is enabled for online usage. No other payment options are supported at the moment.
Review all the added details and if needed, edit the details. Once the details are verified, click on Upgrade Now.
You will be automatically logged out if you are subscribing for the first time. Log back in to enjoy your paid plan's features.
