How to import Webex recording to OneStream?

OneStream - Webex Integration

The OneStream-Webex integration allows you to import your Webex Cloud Recordings to OneStream and live stream those recordings to multiple social media platforms simultaneously via OneStream.

Prerequisites

A paid Webex Account
Access to Webex meeting recordings
OneStream Standard or Professional Subscription (More about subscriptions here)

Authorizing OneStream & Importing Recordings

Either click New Stream from the sidebar or click New Stream button on the top and select Recorded Stream.



Click Webex Cloud Recordings from cloud storage section.



Login the Webex using your email & password.

Select the recording that you wish to import and click Choose File

Uninstalling the OneStream Application

Login to your Webex Account and navigate to Webex Account Settings

Scroll down and click Devices

Select End Session next to "OneStream Live"

Recordings imported to OneStream will not be deleted even if you remove OneStream app from your cisco/webex account. You can manually delete the videos from OneStream dashboard.
