Getting a Permanent Invitation Link for the Studio Session

To get a permanent invitation link for your Studio session on your OneStream dashboard, click on the Invite Participants icon next to the Rec icon.



Click the Copy button to copy the invitation link to your clipboard. If needed, you can also reset the link by clicking on the Reset Link button.

Customizing Your Permanent Invitation Link:

Click on the Customize your permanent link button.



Enter your desired custom link in the textbox and click the Verify and Save button to check its availability and save the changes.



Click the copy icon to copy your custom link to the clipboard.



The customization of the invitation link is only available for the Standard and Professional plan users.
