Upgrade your subscription plan

To upgrade subscription plan, click the lines on the left top corner of the screen and scroll down. Click Upgrade Plan.



Select the plan you wish to upgrade to and then press Subscribe.



Create an account for OneStream using your Apple ID and press Continue.



Review the details and press Subscribe.



To authorise the transaction, enter the password for your Apple ID and press Sign In.



Once you the payment goes through, you will get a pop-up message that the plan has been purchased sucessfully.

Make sure you have entered valid payment details in AppStore.

If an existing subscription is upgraded or downgraded to another plan, the difference in the previous plan and current one will be automatically adjusted and the remaining amount will be credited/adjusted in the next month's invoice.
