Cancel Subscription

Instead of cancelling you can also pause your subscription. Subscription pause takes effect from the next billing date. If you want to put your subscription on hold with immediate effect please contact us on our live chat.

Subscription can be cancelled any time and you will not be charged after the current billing period is over.

Click on your profile picture on the top right.

Click Account Settings.



Click GO TO BILLING.



Click on subscription plan.



Click Cancel subscription.



When you will click Cancel Subscription, system will show you the last date till your current plan will remain active. Select the reason of cancellation from the drop-down menu.

Click Confirm Cancellation to cancel your subscription.



Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for the next billing period in order to avoid being charged for the next billing period's subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current monthly subscription period. 

Example: You subscribed to Standard plan on 10th June. You decide to cancel the subscription on 25th June. Your subscription will be canceled but you can still use the Standard plan till 10th July.
