How to re-authenticate OneStream

Follow these steps if your live stream failed due to Facebook permissions error or expected Facebook Pages or Groups do not show up when you try to connect Facebook social accounts.

Steps to re-authenticate OneStream with Facebook

Click your avatar on top right and select Account Settings.



Scroll down to Connected Social Accounts and click Modify.


Click on Re-authentication button.


Click Re-Authenticate in the pop-up window.


Now, to complete the Re-authentication process, click Allow Permissions.


Enter your Facebook password.

Click Log In.


Choose with whom you want to share posts created via OneStream and click Continue. You can choose public and later change it from OneStream dashboard.


Press Continue again. DO NOT modify any permissions.
